The 11th sign of the zodiac. Ruled by the planet Uranus in modern times, and co-ruled by Saturn. Its symbol is the water bearer and its glyph is a pair of wavy lines symbolizing water . It is a masculine, air sign.

Aquarius is fixed and socially creative and progressive, and can manifest as willful, modern or unconventional, unconcerned with small issues, a reformer like its ruler Uranus. It is said to be associated with the ankles and shins. We caution that much of this description does not take into account other factors in the chart.
