This presentation examines the astrological techniques of defining vocation from the days of Ptolemy to Gauquelin. Ed Tamplin also presents his own findings beginning with the example of the inspirational Professor Joseph Campbell, whose implored us all to “follow our bliss”. Campbell’s work “The Hero’s Journey” became a blueprint for Hollywood screen writers, which had him described as the most influential thinker of the 20th century. Ed examines the creative sparks within the horoscope, and utilises the antiquarian antiscia in new and exciting ways in vocational analysis.
